Noor International Trading and Development LLC is a subcontract brokerage and trading company based in Iraq, with a growing presence supporting U.S. business development. Since 2003, we have worked across construction, infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, and supply sectors, coordinating projects for government agencies, municipalities, and private contractors throughout Iraq.

Our approach focuses on dependable local execution: vetted subcontractors, transparent communication, and hands-on coordination from initial inquiry through project completion. As we expand into commercial trading and international business development, we bring the same on-the-ground relationships and market knowledge that have supported our work since our founding.
